1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Christoph Vieweg (“Seller”) and
the purchaser (“Buyer”) for all transactions conducted through the online shop at https://christophvieweg.com/COLLECTION and https://christophvieweg.com/SHOP.
2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with Christoph Vieweg.
The product listings in the online shop constitute a binding offer.
A binding contract is established when:
• the Buyer clicks the button “Buy / Pay / Add to cart”
• the Seller confirms the order by email.
3. Payment Methods
Payment is accepted by:
• Credit card (via Stripe)
• PayPal (upon prior agreement)
Credit Card
When placing an order, the Buyer submits credit card details to the certified payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Inc., 185 Berry Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
PayPal
Alternative payment methods such as PayPal must be agreed in advance.

All prices are in euros (€).
4. Retention of Title
All goods remain the Seller’s property until full payment has been received.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by email to collection@christophvieweg.com) or return the goods within two weeks.
Return shipping costs
The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective or the Seller has agreed otherwise.
Limitation of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
• the goods are individually customized or made to the Buyer’s specifications, or
• the goods are damaged by the Buyer after delivery, beyond normal handling.
6. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs:
• Original drawings (Collections “Walks / Spaziergänge” and “Selbstgespräche”):
• €10 within Germany
• €25 for international shipping within Europe
• Other products (e.g. T-shirts):
• €5 within Germany
7. Packaging and Dispatch
The Seller will carefully package the purchased item within 7 working days and may choose the shipping carrier unless otherwise expressly agreed.
8. Transfer of Risk
Upon dispatch, the Buyer receives a tracking number and is responsible for monitoring delivery status.
The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Buyer:
• at the time of shipment, and
• no later than upon handover to the carrier.
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, the Buyer must:
• promptly report this to the carrier, and
• contact the Seller without delay at collection@christophvieweg.com.
